First off I have to say my absolute favorite slow cooker cookbook is the Canadian Living one and if you are in the market for one it is on sale right now. You will not regret this purchase. Also would make a great gift!
A friend made this the first time for us and it was the best of the best. I think it is the bacon and brandy that make it so different and amazing!
